How a Correct Page Should Look

Good Evening everyone.  My name is Samuel and I am the q/a's administrator for UEA.  Part of my job is to review calls paged and ensure the quality of those calls.  To try and ensure this happens we are starting something new. Each will I will send one or two calls out in a email with the original version and then a version of what the call should look like. If you have any questions please feel free to contact support@usemergalerts.net.

The following is a copy of a call paged out recently

| AR | MT. PINE | WORKING FIRE | 6TH ST | FD O/S W/S/F |

In this call there is no information at all. Our subscribers want to know as much information as possible.

| AR | MT. PINE | WORKING FIRE | 6TH ST | FD O/S W/S/F In a S/F/D. MLTPL lso ATT.  Fire on sec flr. Fire showing on arrival.  |

Now in that version you find out what's on fire and roughly how big the fire is.  Thank you for your time and consideration and again please feel free to reach out to us forany concerns or questions
